How to Brew
Hot Brewing
Makes 1 mug (12 oz)
Combine 10 oz water, 5 oz milk of your choice, 1 tsp loose leaf black tea (or 1 tea bag — Assam recommended), and one level scoop of your Chaihaus blend using the included wooden spoon.
Bring everything to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Strain and serve.
The 2:1 water-to-milk ratio is a great starting point — but make it yours.
More milk means a creamier, richer cup. More water keeps it light and aromatic.
Your chai, your way.

Iced Brewing
Makes 1 glass
Combine 10 oz water, your black tea, and one scoop of your Chaihaus blend in a pot.
Bring to a boil, simmer for 1–2 minutes, then strain and let cool slightly.
Pour over a generous glass of ice and top with 5 oz of cold milk of your choice.
Sweeten to taste.
Prefer it creamier? Add more milk. Want the spices to shine? Keep it light.
The blend does the heavy lifting — you just decide how you like it.
