Due to the nature of our product — a handmade, small-batch food item — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened jars.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our Contact page with a photo and your order details. We'll make it right.
